The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) and AVIBRAS Indústria Aeroespacial celebrated, this Monday (23), a Memorandum of Understanding with the objective of formalizing AVIBRAS' intention to develop long-range cruise projections, with the contribution of FAB, regarding the sharing of expertise and global military needs for bombs of this class. The Air Force Commander, Lieutenant Brigadier Antonio Carlos Moretti Bermudez, received the CEO of AVIBRAS Indústria Aeroespacial, João Brasil Carvalho Leite. Also present on the occasion were the Air Force Chief of Staff (EMAER), Air Lieutenant Brigadier Marcelo Kanitz Damasceno; the Deputy Chief of EMAER, Air Brigadier Major Sérgio Roberto de Almeida; the Chief of the Sixth Sub-Command of EMAER, Major-Brigadier of the Air Jefson Borges; and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force Commander, Air Brigadier General Pedro Luís Farcic.

O Comandante da Aeronáutica, Tenente-Brigadeiro do Ar Antonio Carlos Moretti Bermudez, recebeu o Diretor-Presidente da AVIBRAS Indústria Aeroespacial, João Brasil Carvalho Leite. Também estiveram presentes na ocasião o Chefe do Estado-Maior da Aeronáutica (EMAER), Tenente-Brigadeiro do Ar Marcelo Kanitz Damasceno; o Vice-Chefe do EMAER, Major-Brigadeiro do Ar Sérgio Roberto de Almeida; o Chefe da Sexta Subchefia do EMAER, Major-Brigadeiro do Ar Jefson Borges; e o Chefe do Gabinete do Comandante da Aeronáutica, Major-Brigadeiro do Ar Pedro Luís Farcic.
