The Patrol Sea Skimmer 1, "Salire" is a ground effect patrol craft designed under contract for the Pestus Aqua. Built with size and price in mind, the Salire is ideal for shallow coastal waters and islands that make up the region. It's design allows it to "pop up" and race to engage threats, whilst being low enough to avoid threats such as aircraft and search radar.

Just a tip, it's difficult to get airborne but it's doable. One way is to rock back and forth onto one of the wings, and try to lift off in a turn.
