This is the Antonov An-3! Which was meant to replace the An-2. This is an agricultural custom painted design.
The An-2 was mid 1940s, and the An-3 is an upgraded turboprop built in the '80s. In the 1990s, the loss of interest resulted in few production builds of the Antonov An-3.
