Auto Credit Based on OtterOfToast's KAI - Sea Otter
This is a small improvement upon OtterofToast's Kai Sea-Otter. Changes: I've made some good progress on the flotation and buoyancy, tweaked the trim tabs, and added a little control. For all I have been able to do, it still seems to need more horsepower to be able to make a water takeoff. I'll be trying to improve the power if I find the time to do so.

@OtterOfToast what I've been trying is replacing the current engines with the more powerful '3000s'
@SkyborneFox Alright so I've added two more engines. I may, however, need to redesign the hull to keep the WW2 engine style. I may go for a more PBY Catalina look.
