Auto Credit Based on spefyjerbf's SPE FeatherWeight
Mass vectoring is a concept that involves the use of negative weight blocks. These blocks push the CoM to a location that will cause some pitching. This should not be confused with shifting the CoM in relation to the CoL. This is because Mass Vectoring causes pitching by changing the CoM in relation to the CoT. I will most likely post a forum post to explain this concept.
