The VULKAN F/A-31 Viper is a family of Atria Republic supersonic light combat aircraft, developed by Vulkan Military Industry and Novikov Aviation. Development began in the late 2020 and its maiden flight occurred in 2023. The aircraft planned to entered active service with the Atria Republic in 2025
The mother program, code-named AVN-1, began in 2019, but the Ministry of Finance and Economy suspended AVN-1 in first year of 2020 due to financial constraints. The basic design of the aircraft was set by middle of 2020. The development of the aircraft was funded 70% by the Atria government, 17% by Vulkan, and 13% by Novikov Aviation.
F/A-31 were meant to design to carry new bomb made by Rohus Sword and Shield program know as GB-6, the bomb were attach to the lower belly while the aircraft still have great manuver to swiftly align it self to the target

what I would like to point out is the fact that the stabilizers (horizontal and vertical) will collide with each other due to how the vertical stab is angled and positioned on the very edge of the fuselage, a minus but it doesn't do much so yems
