The one mod in question is the pilot. It is not integral to the operation of the vehicle also it is over the parts limit and Etc. I am not entering this. I was just showing an example of a hover vehicle.

Isn't hovercars are just cars with wheels scaled 0 in length and width, so they still have height and collide with surface?
