Just a mechanical spider experiment. Thought I'd post my progress as others have recently had similar ideas and didn't want mine to go to waste. I might improve this in future and create a more spiderish look.
To control spin the right rotational stick at about 2 revolutions a second. For keyboard users that's w,d,s,a repeated. Spinning the opposite direction will go backwards. To turn use the up or down pitch to do a small jump.
