Oh, I actually have a method of using creations that have mods if you're on iOS:
First, download the creation. When it says "Missing parts: Smoke trail, etc" dismiss the pop-up. Then, all you need to do is undo, then redo. The creation should reappear in the designer, without any mods. And don't worry, it flies perfectly fine without the smoke trail mods!

This is a wonderful aircraft. I noticed that it seems to work better close to the ground. Do you know if there is ground effect for parts other than helicopter rotors? @Griffinthedragon
