The building and all that is just your own skills, imagination and patience. Not something that can be taught. At least I wouldn't know how to help. I'll spotlight this and maybe someone else can help. One tip tho. The xml editor really really helps with everything. Unless you have that, there's no other helpful tips I can give. Best of luck.
That's not really something someone can help you with, without doing all the work themselves. Just look up pictures of cargo planes and maybe a documentary or two. That should get your imagination rolling.
