Sorry for how bad it looks.
I tried really hard to make it have reverse thrust plates. It looks good at some angles and bad at others. Press on the brakes to activate the "reverse thrust." Throttle for thrust. Yes, the engine works.
Please, can someone out there use this in their MD-80 build? Tell me and i will check it out.
(P.S, remove the cockpit on it if you will be using it in a build.)

They help propel Air backwards so the airliner can slow down faster. It is commonly used on very short runways. @tsampoy
How do the reverse thrust plates work?
