Auto Credit Based on Vincent's Game Key / Bi-Plane Challenge! (CLOSED)
The Fokker DV22 was introduced in 1920 as a dog fighter. It was also used to bomb small targets with small handheld bombs (not featured here). Not known for incredible speed or maneuverability. It could fly. And it was easy to land. Which the pilots of the day appreciated.

Looks like a sirius callange member! (Sorry for my bad english)
@randomusername thanks she is a real floater!
@MAHADI Ha! Thanks. Description kinda done.
@AWESOMENESS360 Yes I think you could. The wheels should be mounted higher to be able to land on grass field or snow. I did see numerous examples of pre ww1 aircraft with skids. Although some seemed like the skids were really to prevent tipping forward. Some were for landing on snow.
"Description under construction"
LOL!
Nice Plane!
@Mumpsy oh ok, so hypothetically, would the pilot be able to remove the wheels so it can land on snow?
@AWESOMENESS360 Swiss Alps! Skis! Lol Also it was a little nose heavy on landing. So to avoid tipping forward. XD
This looks really nice, I like how you've done the landing gear, the detail on the wings looks pretty good too! It's STOL capabilities are amazing as well, you did a pretty good job on this! One question though, why are there skids on the landing gear?
lel first bois XD
