This is a buggy for a small rebel band that is focused in the country of Tanzania. The lights are just for fun so take them off if you like. 49% or 50% is enough where it won't instantly flip. The Scarab rebels are actually poor so the government think that these rebels have funding from somewhere else. It is simple but I like the way it looks.
