Take off speed is about 250-260 km/h, flaps 15-50%. After reaching 250 km/h pull TRIMs down on 100% to get of the runway

Landing speed is about 210-220 km/h
Use Autopilot and TRIMs during cruising
Use TRIMs and flaps according to the % of left fuel (the weight of aircraft)
