You're not a man (or woman, if that's what floats your boat) until you have flown a watermelon-colored fighter jet.
Note: on take-off, accelerate slowly to 100% and only touch pitch when at 200 mph, once off the ground, decrease throttle to ~60%.
Welcome to my seventh EXF! This was another fun build, except for the fact that I lossed my proggress once when my battery died. You may ask why I decided to paint the plane like a watermelon. I am asking the same question, so don't expect an answer :).Have fun with it! AcG=1-3 fire cannons. Don't forget to come back to rate and comment:)

14.0k ElijtheGeat@Papaantho3 there is a contest for that actually, but it is against the rules to use rockets :)9.6 years ago

835 Papaantho3I think this whold be a very popular entry into a watermelon throwing contest!!! (If there is such a thing)9.6 years ago

14.0k ElijtheGeat@Zing2000 one of the problems is the huge load that the wings have to bear, I overcame that by putting on all the thrust relatively low on the aircraft, so when too much power is exerted or too little is exerted, than the plane just goes wonkers (not sure if that's a word or not, but I make up plenty of other words too so I don't think it really matters)9.6 years ago

14.0k ElijtheGeattrue, I wasn't too happy with the controls on this one @Zing2000, Walrus might work on it some, doing some pc magic, I love criticism, it's what makes you better, and thanks for the rating9.6 years ago

14.0k ElijtheGeatlol, thanks for the rating @Planelover4009.6 years ago

7,262 Zing2000Would be 5star if it went for the uncontrollable wobbles when pitching caused by the thrust vectoring9.6 years ago
-
14.0k ElijtheGeatSure, that would be great! thanks@WalrusAircraft9.6 years ago

109k WalrusAircraft@ElijtheGeat - I'm thinking... if we add intakes and angle them at 45 degrees we can turn your watermelon into a huge performer. I can try it, release and delete once you grab it. Let me know.9.6 years ago

109k WalrusAircraftVery cool! Performance is ok, maybe four stars, but I reluctantly give it that last star to the looks!9.6 years ago
