Throttle down, and activate act1. Deploy grid fins at any alt (helps with stability) Deploy legs a few seconds from landing. (they have a lot of drag, and will flip the rocket if deployed too soon.) REQUIRES A TON OF PRACTICE

I looked at a reference picture, and then simply shaped them out of fuselage blocks.
