VTOL for legs. Trim for grid fins. act1 main engine, act2 second stage. After desired alt is reached, deactivate act1, and activate act2. Throttle up full, and then deactivate act2. Throttle down, and activate act1. Deploy grid fins at any alt (helps with stability) Deploy legs a few seconds from landing. (they have a lot of drag, and will flip the rocket if deployed too soon.) REQUIRES A TON OF PRACTICE

I looked at a reference picture, and then simply shaped them out of fuselage blocks.
