Stealth aircraft carrier intended for use in striking deep within enemy territory.
Has a realistic size (I think), a slightly lower profile than the USS Beast and has a top speed of 52 km/h.

• The only place with drag is the nose. Disable at your own peril
• Only 26 parts. Ja

In-Universe Notes:
• Lack of windows is because the ship relies on hundreds of cameras
• Elevator relies on aircraft and ship exhaust. Excess exhaust is vented out in a specific way as to minimize emissions from being detected by enemy sensors
• Can only carry 2/3rd of the capacity of the USS Beast. Lack of catapult means that the LOTAC can only operate helicopters, VTOL and V/STOL aircraft
