This is VF-1A, the mass production version of VF-1. The construction of this plane is mod free, but I used a modded parts for slick appearance, which grants a top speed exceeds 760 mph at 30000ft. This plane, as I expected, flies like a potato.
Here is the control.
AG1 VTOL down: Gerwak joint.
AG2 truns on vector thrusting and enable you to control the wing sweep angle with VTOL.
AG3 VTOL down: tail folding.
AG4 VTOL down: open feet paddle.
AG5 VTOL down: extend the arm. Remember to leave enough space for arms.
AG6 enable you to control the shoulder and elbow with VTOL and Trim.
AG7 VTOL down: body transformation and do trim down to leave room for head then reset the trim to leave space for folded tail.
AG8: Gyro. The gyro is crucial for taking off, landing, cruise and gerwak flight. But do remember to turn the AG8 off to fly normally when the speed exceeds 500 mph. And AG8 with the trim is to trim the nozzle hidden inside the feet.

Very nice but it does have quite a few issues. From my recent experience building my transforming YoRHa unit, I can say disabling part collision on a lot of the moving pieces is absolutely essential. With that you can also reduce the stages of the transformation to only one or two buttons, as minor part clipping won't be an issue. Right now, it's quite vulnerable to exploding with overstress, which is very easy to fix with Overload or xml edit.
