The Arbus 156 was the first jet airliner developed by Arbus. Desighed in 1956 by Arbus Ltd, the 156 was originally planned to have 6 propellers, but due to possible problems with the placement, it was eventually decided to include jet engines, increasing top speed by 50%.
The plane was first planned due to the A-13 produced by Aviato & Co, but unlike it, has higher safety, gliding ratio, and overall better handling.

@AuroraPlanes If we agree on one thing, it is this.
@SamilanTransportSector us at aviato do give condolences to the families of everyone on the flight.
@AuroraPlanes Okay. We will contact Wright Air about this.
@SamilanTransportSector the flight was Wright air flight 3407
@AuroraPlanes Well that was likely pilot error, not something with the plane, but we will conduct an investigation if another occurs.
@SamilanTransportSector we also found the cause, rolling over after takeoff due to stall.
@SamilanTransportSector no it indeed is not a joke
@AuroraPlanes Is this a joke? Is this revenge?
Breaking news! An airbus 156 crashed after takeoff, current cause is unknown but all 156s art to be grounded.
@AuroraPlanes Indeed, we are already designing a new version.
@RarelyCyber We decided not to fall for the pitfalls of the A-13.
Making something to compete!!!!
Hmmm taking inspiration
