Yes it does, this was Germany’s main fighter around the time the p51 dominated, Germany just didn’t have strong enough fighters and needed something better, this plane actually was better than the p 51 and most American planes for a while until we started using better more reliable guns, this plane was so good it was still used at the beginning of the jet age and was the backbone of the Luftwaffe along with the focke wulf fw 190.
