Based on the Aigion, Fortress Number One is an airborne command facility. It has a runway for aircraft to land on whilst in flight, and it even includes two 38cm gun turrets. If enemies engage you, there are also AA guns. To turn your turrets, use VTOL. For gun elevation, use trim. To activate AA, use group 1... Enjoy!
