US NAVY Sea UFO
Background History:
With PLA's expansion in the South China Sea, the US Navy carrier groups got more vulnerable to China's attack by anti-shipping missiles and submarines. US Navy's SEA UFO can land or take off from the ocean or regular runways without requiring aircraft carriers.
Designed by Win's Wings Design Bureau and produced by Northrop Blueman Company, the Sea UFO first flew in 2020. Low-rate production began in early 2021, with full-rate production starting in September 2023. The Sea UFO entered fleet service with the US Navy in 2022.
It operates from both sea and land
This flies very well despite its saucer shape. The top speed is around March 1.
Landing speed:
180-200 mph
(Landing gears UP while landing and takeoff from water, it is better to land slower on water,, nose up of course. This is a very robust aircraft to land on sea or a regular runway. Have fun pilot!
