SS-2 Singularity
This plane is not for the average user. After the SP space agency discovered an alien engine that had about 40-50 times the power of a normal engine with the same efficiency, they did some testing by outfitting it to a weaponless pigpen jet known as the SS-1. The results were questionable and action on the body of the aircraft was needed. The SS-2 came along and introduced the idea of using the singularity in the alien engine to pull space through the aircraft, and not the aircraft through space. It hit new horizons for the SP air industry reaching a top speed of over 10,000 miles per hour.
Note: Although the aircraft's design was meant to handle the power of the engine, top speeds of over 6000 MPH (GS/TAS) could result in destabilization and destruction of the aircraft.
Controls:
1 - Activate Landing engines
2 - Activate Singularity engine
Trim - Pitch Trim
Takeoff - Put the throttle at about 20% and hit number two. Pitch up slightly once enough speed has been gained. Once you are above about 200 ft, put the trim all the way to the top and retract the landing gear and you may accelerate. If you would like to exceed speeds of 6000 MPH (GS/TAS) make sure to be above 20,000 ft to avoid destabilization. We recommend keeping the throttle below 65% while under 20,000 ft.
