Have you ever wanted to create an odd airplane?
Now's your chance! The world of X-Planes is full of wacky designs built to test new technologies.
Below are some examples of X-Planes for inspiration purposes.
Bell X-1, the OG fast boye
X-31 thrust vector demonstrator
X-29, sporting a rather unique wing configuration
Rules
- Must be an X-Plane (obviously)
- No paper designs. This means only build aircraft that have at least made it to the mockup stage.
- No pre production aircraft like the YF-22 or 23. I will allow the X-35.
- Any era is allowed, from the X-1 to the X-59.
- No more than 2 entries.
- Your airplane will graded out of 20. If there are multiple planes with perfect scores, I will chose my personal favorite.
- Please keep entries as realistic as possible.
- Part count must be at least 150. I am not imposing a limit on how many parts your plane can have, go wild!
- All entries will recieve an upvote :D
