In that case, try putting the CoM in front of CoL. You can do this by adding weight in the nose of your aircraft. But adding too much will make it nose heavy, which reduces your maneuverability. I suggest putting the CoM just in front of the CoL.
You need to remove all the death weight of the back of the plane
