This aircraft was designed as a Submarine launched fighter during the 1960s, it's performance is unknown as only a small mockup was created it was probabaly cancelled due to the amount of modifications a submarine would need to tend one of these vechicles (actiavtor 1 releases the dolly, activator 2 to actually launch the aircraft, its on a giant track thats why you can't actually see the aircraft in the screenshot)
