Dh.100 vampire
Sorry it took so long....
Thanks to @Rohan for modding the engine
I tried to save as much of my original as possible whilst using the new blocks for important parts
I had to completely re-do the cockpit excluding chair and dash aswell as the nose, the engine compartment and the wings.
I also tried to use what I would have used to make it (6 months ago) on as much of it as possible so I'm sorry if it looks a bit outdated...
And anyway I think it probably flies better than it would have if I had built up there and then. Also take it apart to find what me back in the day worked so hard on, the internals lol.
See bottom for flight tips:
And because I'm crap (yeah I really am) I couldn't be bothered to find my planned description so copy pasted one from Wikipedia instead:
The de Havilland DH.100 Vampire was a British jet fighter developed and manufactured by de Havilland. Having been developed during the Second World War to harness the newly developed jet engine, the Vampire entered service with the Royal Air Force (RAF) in 1945. It was the second jet fighter, after the Gloster Meteor, operated by the RAF, and its first to be powered by a single jet engine.
The RAF used the Vampire as a front-line fighter until 1953, when it was given secondary roles such as pilot training, although 103 Flying Refresher School had them deployed in that role from 1951. It was retired by the RAF in 1966, replaced by the Hawker Hunter and Gloster Javelin. It achieved several aviation firsts and records, including being the first jet aircraft to cross the Atlantic Ocean. The Vampire had many export sales and was operated by various air forces. It participated in conflicts including the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, the Malayan emergency and the Rhodesian Bush War.
Almost 3,300 Vampires were manufactured, a quarter of them built under licence in other countries. The Royal Navy's first jet fighter was the Sea Vampire, a navalised variant which was operated from its aircraft carriers. The Vampire was developed into the DH.115 dual-seat trainer and the more advanced DH.112 Venom ground-attack and night fighter.
Thx wiki for that one-

@Flightsonic thankyou! Please check out the original to see how far this has come!
@PlanesAndThings thankyou!
Thanks :D
@TehDuck thankyou! Any suggestions/feedback?
Congratulations on your gold rank. @VernalTie513
ok :)
If u want modern go to my other account XVIindustries although many old planes have been built there, it's not that I don't want to build modern stuff it's that I'm no good at building it lol I can't get the shapes correct, but when given some canvas a tree and a rope I can build the most magnificent biplane lol. I suppose I could do a steampunk VTOL ;) @VernalTie513
ok i dont know :P
I do not do modern I do 1900-1950 :/@VernalTie513
You can build plane with VTOL for example Jak-38, Jak-141 or Harrier :P Or build x-15
@Yottabyte1024 @VernalTie513 @Wahoo12 @ElGatoVolador @SUPERSAMROCK @Cedy117 @Me600 @DeezDucks @KingDeadshot @Spikerya @SpiritusRaptor @bobthetitan @DogeZ @Madlycat @Blueshark03 thankyou all for downloading and upvoting my aircraft. I am truly sorry I discontinued this project - I was busy with RL and fighting mental health at the time, I hope this makes up for the 6 month wait. Also please check out my account that I've been posting the odd plane on for these months, the names XVIindustries, I am hoping to release more things on this account but unfortunately I have lost my insperation, I made a fun little 30s like fighter the other day (would you like me to upload it?) and messed around with a torpedo boat destroyer, but that's all I've done as my bomber project has been delayed I've been playing other games and have lost the urge to build, I would love some cool suggestions or links to photos that could inspire something great..., I do not care what it is be it a Segway or a motorized toilet I will look and possibly be inspired to build something, or I'll actualy build a replica of a request if that what comes up ;) promise ;)
So what do you want to see, I could open up a new custom boat shop lol I could finish something or re make one of my old planes, spam away please and tell me what I could build! (I've been thinking about possibly building a kv-5 from world of tanks but haven't started and am slowly building a small torpedo boat cause of the new update and I wanted something for u guys to sink the new ships with!)
So yeah!
-thx for reading this boring and repetitive comment
Yours faithfully
PlanesOfOld ;)
I did not you cunning old Bugger. Trying to make me mentally ill again, well I tell you this, I'm not going on antidepressants again! @TheColonel
AHH YOURE BACK!!
You commented to me. So, I'm not the one bothering anybody, soldier. Perhaps you meant to reply to someone else? @PlanesOfOld
Typical.
Thought it would get noticed more :/
Like whom sir. And please, stop bothering me it's rather annoying! @TheColonel
I'm no weirdo yank who likes obscure shades of nuclear green am I? @TheColonel
You've finally finished it! Well done with this build!
This is great! Oh, and just so you know, you don't suck.
Lol yeah a mix of old and new @PlanesOfOld
I've been adding to it gradually so u see 'old' me's build style mixed with my more up to date one lol @Cedy117
It's been a while @PlanesOfOld lol but this is great!
O' 117 followers come down from thy heavens and marvel at my slow building rate!
