USAF stated that SR71 sightings by commercial pilots were "unidentified". Model goes 3,000 mph @ 100,000 (this is a modded SP thing, not a replica). Still, fun to fly!

    You could have put in the engines but not the nozzles. Then you could have your ballast and if you used modded large engines, you could have kept the speed and the diamond exhaust.

    Thanks @LordofLego You're partly right, but this very simple& sturdy artistic rendering (not a true replica) needed ballast where I put the VTOL.
