The IAV Miracle is a stealth destoryer and personnel deployment hydrofoil operating as the flagship of the United Nations’ World Security Group. The vessel was originally secretly developed as part of Project 77 as a means to develop more faster and agile air and sea vehicles to counter threats more quickly, efficiently, and effectively. International Combat Vehicles Ltd. was contracted by the United Nations to produce the prototypes and production models with feild testing and deployment being overseen by the UNDSPO Tactical and Intelligence Divisions. However, after the reorganization of the UNDSPO after failed 12-21 Coup and the following Battle of Hakone, the project was transferred directly over the UN World Security Group and Armoured Vehicles Inc. where the IAV continued to be developed in secret until it was lauched in 2025 from WSB Anchorage Port.
