Was first manufactured for testing in 1995, but hasn't been available for the public until recently. It has gone through MANY design changes, but this is the final product. Can seat 20, not counting pilot and co-pilot. Has two wing-mounted engines. This is an entry for the challenge. Was named for the Ishtar Collective from Destiny. All rights to them. Enjoy.......
