Testing GuyFolkSP's stabilizer program for the canards only and the AOA works for itself but not with the condition to work at a certain speed and the AG, it seems it needs an update for the program for people who are annoyed at their builds with this kind of coding that want their stabilizers be static at start and can be used without any press of a button.
