Auto Credit Based on Pilotmario's Service Pistol M1A1

A modernized variant of the M1A1 .45 caliber pistol custom-built for Paternian Scout Rangers, it features a shortened, threaded barrel and slide to accomodate a silencer, raised and revised iron sights for use with a silencer, Picatinny rail under the frame, and a new hammer. These pistols were refurbished from exisitng pistols in the arsenal, some dating to 1953, stripped completely to the frame, and rebuilt with micro-forged parts that provide increased strength. Although the M1 pistol is considered obsolete by some due to its single-action only trigger and low magazine capacity of 7+1, it is renowned for its accuracy, reliability, and firepower. It's short-recoil, tilting-barrel action the weapon pioneered is used in virtually every semiautomatic pistol in the world, and with a very effective reactive core bullet, will continue to see service long into the 22nd century.

@TheBroadside Technically, it's "11.43x23mm Paternian" which is basically what we call IRL .45 ACP.

Unfortunately, no. The only firearms I have used was a .22 plinker, 20-gauge single-shot break action, and a 20-gauge Remington 1100, all at a BSA camp. @Kevinairlines

The M1911 is reliable, battle-tested, firepower. The Deagle is more a fashion accessory than a combat weapon.

And if we need more hitting power, there's always the M82 revolver. Six shots, double-action, .357 Magnum wheelgun, it is the only Paternian Army pistol capable of penetrating Awwami Army assault-type power armor suits, the best protected of them all. @JakeTheDogg

@GoldenEagle @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation @PINK Basically our take on the M45 MEU(SOC) pistol currently in service by US Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance Element of USMC Marine Expeditionary Units. NOT for sale, but if you want something like it, the Kimber Commando is the closest thing to it. Just like the M1A1 SR, but without the threaded barrel in accordance to Paternian firearms law (no silenced pistols, except for those chambered in .22 Short and derivative cartridges [i.e. .22 Long, .22 Long Rifle, .22 Winchester Magnum]).
