Welcome to the first challenge of 2023 and short series called SP Challengers
This will be episode one of the series.
Welcome to the Attack Aircraft Challenge, your task is to manufacture an aircraft that is capable of CAS (Close Air Support) for both ground and sea. You have requirements and restrictions for your aircraft you are about to build after breifing. And after reading the requirements and restrictions you will be debriefed on the missions.
Minimum parts up to 120, and max parts up to 450 parts.
Requirements
-Must be a successor of this post to qualify!
-No copying or modifying any builds, it has to be YOUR design.
-The maximum submissions per participant is 3 aircraft
-Only Jet aircraft should be allowed for this Challenge
-High firing cannons (20-30mm caliber) are required as the main weapon. Gunpods should be cannons as well. Both shall be either explosive or armor piercing.
-Chaff and Flare are allowed. (Allowed to 200 ammo, 50 for all 4 countermeasures allowed.)
-Hardpoint count is allowed up to 15 or less.
-4x air to air missiles at least, 2 missiles per outer hardpoint
-Low observable aircraft are allowed (would work well on Bridge Destruction mission)
-Modify fuselage and fuselage glass is allowed to 1000 health points to simulate armor (cockpit area, engines, and wings only)
Restrictions
-Aircraft should not exceed a length and width of 60ft
-Height should not exceed 20ft
-Aircraft design must be feasible to fit in a realistic way. (Exception of wing and engine configurations.)
-Flight model for your builds should be realistic and cannot maneuver in a unnatural way.
-Maximum speed is required at 0.5 Mach to 1.2 Mach.
-No infinite health parts, resulting will be disqualified
-No 'Nuke' weapons allowed or Railguns.
-Hypersonic missiles are not allowed for the Challenge
Each requirement met is worth 10 points, while if a restriction is broken it will deduct 5 points.
Bonus
If you add bonus equipment like a Cockpit, Refueling Probe, etc. You can get 5 points per bonus accessories added!
100 points if ALL requirements were made with no bonus accessories!
FYI, bonus accessories can help your chance of winning and will add to your final score! :D
Mission breifing
For this you have 3 seperate missions including 2 ground strikes and a naval attack.
-Convoy Destruction
A dire situation where the enemy's armored convoy was spotted and was suspected to carry nuclear material for their powerplant. Your aircraft is tasked to get in and destroy %100 of the convoy within 5 minutes or less.
Points for your submissions will be 20 for completing the mission successfully.
-Bridge Destruction
Transport aircraft were shot down in the area of Yeager and Bandit more than usual. A low observable aircraft, or stealth, is optional for this mission to strike all air defenses and then destroying the bridge targets designated by a nearby AWACS. Your aircraft must finish the mission in under 10 minutes to earn 20 points.
-Fleet Attack
An enemy carrier fleet was spotted off of the island coast, your stationed off of Wright Isles, which you takeoff with anti ship missiles to knock out all the ships violating our territory before they stage an attack on the island. Like the other missions, if you succeed in the attack in under 5 minutes you will earn 20 points.
60 points in total of all 3 missions completed!

Each will be scored out of 10 points, except hardpoint count. Hardpoint points are counted as one per hardpoint out of 15.

Total points with no bonus accessories counted is 205 as a perfect score!
P.S: if you have 3 aircraft submitted, the score of all 3 aircraft will get an average score

Reduced the lowest speed allowed to Mach 0.5, since the A-10 is around that speed.
And second is that modified/custom weapons are allowed for use. (Please keep the from not having insane G turning.)
@CyberBot17 It is within the requirements except a submission must have its own loadout.
Hello, I've been thinking about a single engine light attack with a small cannon and up to 6 hardpoints, will it be okay if I make just 1 plane but 3 different loadouts for all of those missions? (4 AA missiles, naval loadout, bomber loadout, etc) so that I don't need to bring 4 missiles and just 2 remaining pylons for 2 AG weapons.
The reason I want a light attack aircraft is so that it can be (sort of) realistic to the budget of my own country's air force that to this day only operates 6 turboprop light attackers and 1st gen trainer jets on storage because they don't fly anymore

@ZeroWithSlashedO there's a heli challenge up still, i didn't eant to interfere with that (may complicate things.) So that's why I'm sticking with fixed wing aircraft
