in the year 2998, the armalda was desperate. they needed a merical, and fast. sigfreid and a commity of perfessinal screw- arounders came together and thought up many projects. one was a MVBA (mobile vihicular-esk battle aurmor), a mech class to rival the best. the other was a prototype hover car, thatbled to some interesting developments. this is that car.
