UTAV is a armored storm chasing vehicle designed by Steve Worthington to intercept tornados. It can withstand 200+ mph windspeeds when deployed. UTAV features 4 spikes and 2 hydraulic flaps. CONTROLS: Use AG1 for headlights and tailights, AG2 is the airbags. AG3 is for the left flap, and AG4 is for the right flap. AG5 is front spikes, and AG6 is rear spikes. Steering is Roll. Trim is reverse.

@Theplaneexpert10 guarantee you could get tiv winds if you extended the flaps past the wheels on both sides rear and front
@Stephen22 that isn't an official figure. With how aerodynamic UTAV's shape is, as well as the 4 spikes I would be inclined to belive it could withstand 200+ mph winds. But im no expert so im just assuming.
