It was originally designed as a scout plane. The plane didn't pass the tests but got accepted anyway since the government was desperate for a new propaganda tool. It lacks agility and is hardly balanced. The engine is partly foreign and outdated. The only pro of this fighter is its firepower. Only 18 were built and none saw combat. The chassis was later used for other models.
