FB-12A (Turboprop)
(Inspired by the Supermarine Spitfire and Dauntless)
This is the Corsair FB-12A Naval fighter-bomber developed in 1943.
A fast, maneuverable machine designed to dish it out and take it, too. This carrier-based lighting bolt can reach speeds of about 458 MPH when fully loaded, and up to 472 MPH when all its bombs are headed towards their targets.
Speaking of bombs, this aircraft boasts two 500 bls. bombs and 14 air-to-ground rockets. That'll show 'em!
If you want to get technical, the aircraft has a decent silhouette with a wingspan of 50 feet, a length of 33.5 feet and a height of 15.7 feet.
Furthermore, you can slap even more destruction on these wings with a loading of 21.1 lbs/ft.^2 and an area of 562.8 feet ^2.
With an HP/Weight ratio of 0.253 and only 2,796 drag points, this little number can turn right 'round and do a number on any fleet you go up against.
Blue accents are unit color. These can be changed to suit your fancy.
Pilot models were modded by... A thing.
~ Happy hunting!!
