Based on @Hyperloop's Stratosphere express series, I give you the SR-75! I have gotten it up to 3,750 mph at 150,000' it was trying to go faster and higher but I couldn't control it a past there. To take off: activate groups 2&3 and push vtol up 1 notch, once in air climb to ~30,000' and activate group 4 if you want to reach top speed, also at that point t mover vtol all the way up. Group 4 can be activated earlier but uses too much fuel. Also take off and land on water. I reccommend using group 4 from takeoff to 15,000, then not until 40,000 for maximum performance. Enjoy!
