M2 Mobile Artillery
Designed to take a beating and deliver one back, the M2 functioned as both a tank destroyer and artillery. Despite having no anti-infantry capabilities, it is protected by thick armor that makes it completely invulnerable against small arms fire. However, it is slow. Seriously slow. (Out-of-lore statement, it’s still able to gain very high speeds because SimplePlanes car physics are wack.) As in sprinting infantry are able to keep up with it at its top speeds, no matter the variant. It is also pretty expensive, its already large and powerful engine made larger and heavier by a coolant system that typically isn’t present on most tanks. This price is increased by fuel costs, as it eats fuel like a wolf. On long-range missions, it has to be escorted by fuel trucks, adding to the price. More often than not, they’re deployed from cargo aircraft that typically carry 4 units.
