bjac.co Lioness Mk.II ATV

Edit: Wow this is my most downloaded craft!

Number of times this post has been taken down: 4

Did I say 500 parts? I meant to say 350. This update is f'n insane, especially when it comes to part saving as you can see. The nets were made with those new label parts, and hollow fuselages + fuselage cutting is amazing for cutting part counts in half. Without this update, the part count could've easily gotten up to 800.

Controls

AG 1 Turn on top-mounted lights
AG 2 Open tailgate
AG 3 Turn off driver assist (not yet implemented)
AG 4 Open Hood

AG 5 + Looking around in Driver View to activate and aim gun

AG 6 Left turn signal
AG 7 Right turn signal

Max speed 175km/h

History

In 2035, amidst the rising tensions in the South China Sea, the US Marine’s ground doctrine was changing, instead of using LATV’s for inland operations, they decided that they wanted something even lighter. What resulted was a lot of prototypes, and a lack of working concepts, all but General Motors and bjac.co were on the table as far as potential winners. GM offered a new, heavily stripped down variant of the HUMVEE, while bjac.co offered the Lioness MK.II, an ultra-light armoured side-by-side.

When it came down to making the decision, GM’s offer was tried and true, the HUMVEE by this point had seen upwards of 50 years of service, the chassis had also proven itself for off-roading and high requirement tasks but still, it was getting old for the new requirements of combat, and the role it’d need to play was more than driving in a straight line for hundreds of miles at a time. bjac.co’s offer however was a completely brand new vehicle that had a different doctrine of use and combat, it was also a decent bit smaller than the HUMVEE, even more maneuverable than the Lynx LUT, and more capable of taking on tough terrain. Whereas most vehicles would have to stick to roads and trails, the Lioness could create its own trail, negotiating even some of the toughest terrain which proved useful in many different scenarios.

Using the Lioness as a tactical skirmisher proved incredibly useful throughout its time at the front lines. With it's light body, powerful engine, small profile, and proportionally high firepower, fighting a group of Lioness operators would be nearly impossible without employing shrapnel or chemical rounds, both of which are illegal under the Geneva Conventions

In short, the Lioness occupies its own perfect niche of high mobility, small form skirmish fighting.

Please do not report this post for having the flag of Taiwan. It is not against the rules, and reporting it for having said flag will result in a strike being added to your account.

    @210100
I would really love to say the reasoning behind it, but I might get the boot.
To put it simply and without tiptoeing over site rules, the Chinese do not like what Taiwan is.

Dunno why, but when I grab the yoke of this, the yoke disappears, and the car goes like 10x throttle in reverse lol

@MADDOGLUCAS it limits how much the car can steer depending on how fast its going, i forgot to give it an off-switch for heavy off-roading
