This looks better, try using less fuel blocks and more fuselage blocks (they're lighter). Make your wings bigger and move them back slightly (to help to move your centre of lift a little further back). Increase the performance of your prop and give your jet engine an air intake or two (remember fuel can't burn without oxygen) and you still don't have elevators (found on the vertical stabilisers) or as a control surface you can add on the primary wings (pitch)
