Hi! I've made some upgrades to my 737-800 model. They are as follows: 1) New cockpit (Yokes, Thrust Lever & Gear Indicator); 2) Gear doors where they're needed; 3) New tail. I'll also publish a Qantas livery for this airplane. For takeoff, flaps at 15º degrees (VTOL 1/2 Down) and, after rotating at 150 mph, retract the gear. Then, activate the AG 1. You'll see the gear doors coming up. At cruising altitude, turn on the rest of the AGs, activate A/P and full trim down. For landing, flaps full down. When you have visual contact with the runway, lower the gear. In the runway, brake until your speed is under 70 mph. When you do that, flare with your rudder. After that, brake until 10 mph. Then, taxi to the terminal. Have fun!
