This is a design originally by @Jettison that he uploaded for the Cold War challenge. As such, I didn't want to upload it as a successor, because I didn't want it to show up as an entry to the challenge. Instead I'm tagging him here and leaving him a message on the original. If he wants, he is more than welcome to upload a copy of his original that is not linked to the CWC, and I will upload this again as a successor so he can get some points from it.

Anyway, I fixed the issues with the flight problems, and over-all refined the design. It still flies like a brick, but at least it's a really graceful brick. There are quite a few design changes from the original to make it more like the actual Ekranoplan that it's designed after (or at least that I assume it's designed after). Please look up @Jettison 's profile and thumbs up his original design. Without it, this one would not exist right now.

Use the VTOL slider to give the nose some extra lift. I find that at full throttle, having the slider around halfway between the middle and bottom works pretty well.
