Kinetic-Energy Ramming Missiles
Greetings everyone! I am indeed alive and this time I've decided to share a simple weapon I made once out of boredom.
The BEAUTIFULLY designed missiles you're looking at are ones that despite holding no explosive power, will usually still get the job done through fiercely ramming into whatever target they're ordered to pursue. ultimately breaking them apart into large countable pieces.
Although you can't expect one constant outcome of using them; because depending on the angle/location of impact and the strength or size of whatever material is shielding the cockpit, you'll either disintegrate the target, break it apart into 3 pieces, leave it barely harmed or sometimes even either putting it into an irrecoverable flatspin or just straight-up dislodging the cockpit alone from the rest of the aircraft if it's an overly simple plane. Here are some photos to demonstrate the number of variable outcomes:
Disintegration of a simple plane:
Breaking an aircraft apart into 2 or 3 large pieces:
Knocking the target into a flatspin: (also damaging the custom landing gear door)
Dislodging of the main cockpit:
Now for the controls:
AG1: Initiate the missiles
AG2: Detach all missiles
Throttling past 95%: Engage Low-effort afterburner
I recommend you pull up after firing off the missiles to have them avoid colliding with you due to the stupidly fast angle adjustment rate
That covers everything. I chose to mod the missiles with an extremely short firing delay cause it's a more effective and fun way of taking on tougher aircrafts. anyways I hope y'all have as much fun as I did with this!
