For @General360's Alternate WWII RP Story. Although they were neutral, Panama decided that if it were to become a target, they might need some aircraft to defend themselves. Their design team, Panama Aviation, came up with the idea to implement a radar system into a fighter. The resulting design was the PA-1, an attack aircraft meant for nighttime operations. It was used exclusively by the "Black Panther" squadron for training and even spying on other country's movements. It never actually carried out any attack on another nation, but the pilots were prepared to attack if necessary. The aircraft's drop tanks were equipped with a beacon light to confuse any trailing fighters.
