Uh ... do we really need it to be this big?
No. So let's turn the wheel size back to 5 and start removing things.
That cab is unnecessary to begin with. Then since the entire frontal part (and crane part) is gone we don't need that much power, so let's use smaller engines. Since we have a smaller engine, we can reduce the length of the vehicle and then we can also reduce the width of the vehicle, to make it a smaller target. Then since we had reduced so many weight we don't need double suspensions and can do with singles, which cuts down the width even more. Then because SimplePlane physics we will toss in stablizers.

Obviously it is not inspired by Panhard EBR. Even though they look somewhat similar.

Pitch for accelerator. Roll for turret rotation. Yaw for steering, Trim for gun elevation. LandingGear for stablizers.
