Yup, pilot error on my part. This thing is cool. Though not what it was intended for. I was able to dive this thing into the water and pull it back out a few times in one go.

@Stingray I don't know that it's functioning correctly on my device. My speed was a slowly climbing 260mph.

@TheLatentImage Understand. Highly-modded fuel. Air intakes embedded near front center. The "build" messages happen when SP software encounters mods that are not part of the base menu. Ignore air & fuel readings. The I UCAV I posted may be judged upon basic flight performance.
This build keeps telling me that the engines aren't getting enough air. I stuck 4 small inlets on top and still the same thing... strange.
