My 1:1 scale B-17 "Memphis Belle" with a hugely detailed outside and even a detailed interior. I tried to make this thing as detailed as possible, and it is definitely my best work.
A huge thanks to @Antisphere for his help with the wing design, ailerons, flaps, and numerous other parts of this builds. Check him out, I couldn't have built this without him.
Thanks to @AeroEngineering for his help with the bomb bay doors.
The Memphis Belle was one of the first B-17 United States Army Air Forces heavy bombers to complete 25 combat missions with her crew intact.
INSTRUCTIONS
AG8 + VTOL = flaps
AG1 + VTOL down = Open bomb bay doors
AG2 - 3 = drop bombs
Mobile friendly version coming soon
This is by far my favorite creation, I hope you enjoy!

Excellent work
I crazy how they get some of the rarest and most abstract works in one place @Bobobobob
@GloriusSU35 just found out it is the oldest and largest aviation museum in the WORLD! Can you believe that that is amazing.
@GloriusSU35 yeah I know I actually went there last summer and it is BIG 4 hangers now that is the most hangers I've seen used for a museame at one time although they could update the virtual tour and actually add more hot spots and descriptions for all of the aircraft because most of the info boards are impossible to read
@Bobobobob it’s honestly one of the coolest air force museums
Oh and if you live in Dayton or just if you go and you like Chile dogs there is a place quite a few of my family worked at called BK look it up they have amazing Chile dogs
@GloriusSU35 I've been there it is an awesome museum. They have lots of airplanes(and other stuff other than air planes) they also have the type of missile my dad worked with the Minute Man III.
is this the steam banner plane
@Airlancashire thx
Dayton Ohio @LordPilot10
@Airlancashire where is it
sad the gunner positions don't do anything. but still 9/10
If ya wanna see this in real life, go to the Dayton usaf air force museum
I’m so happy to live close to the national Air Force museum in Ohio there are so many cool planes like the A-10 ac-130 gunship, b-29 and so much more including the b-17 I remember about 1.5 years ago they did a flyby with a squadron of b-17s and p-51 mustangs it was breathtaking
This is a really good plain but the one really big down side is the bomb bay doesn't work 7/10
It should be for a IOS
why is bay bomber now working?
Auto pilot is to danegorus for this plane :l
I jumped it at the jump zone and it lost its 3 of its engines a one landing gear :)
I actually saw this exact plane at the Dayton Air and Space Museum. I got to touch it.
The shape feels so wrong
Nice this plane is awesome but just one downside there is no functional guns on the craft
@Nuclearbomber36 that was cool
I want to go there to see the b-36 @Armyguy1534
@Nuclearbomber36 yes it is in the national air force museum in Ohio
