Migga Ma-15
No, this is not racist.
The Ma-15 was an attempted re-creation of sorts of the MiG-15 by
David S. Migga, who was a soviet flight enthusiast from my fictional country called Agussia (pronounced ah-GUS-si-ah). Davis was very rich and powerful from his time being an engineer and a businessman, so he used his power to borrow drawings of the MiG from the air and space museum of Argus island, the capital island of the country.
Migga started building the plane in late October, 2005 and finished building in early December, 2018. He encountered many difficulties, most of which he hired men or went online to solve. Though he was rich and powerful, David was very hard working; he usually stops working on his plane at late midnight, or later with minimal breaks.
Migga used half of 2019 for final testing and legalizing it, which, obviously, was successful. He rolled it out on September 2019 and had Daniel Wapse, a US Korean war era pilot who moved to Agussia in the 1990s fly it at the annual airshow.
About the paint job:
Migga loved the color black and was going to paint the plane all black, but the government said NO. Despite his efforts. For obvious, visibility reasons.
