The EC3 is the name Krakabloan Air force's Emergency Airbourne Control centre designed to relay communications between any branch of the Krakabloan armed forces in case of a surprise attack on communications infrastructure. The KAF has a fleet of 10 EC3s and has 2 airborne at anytime ready to respond. The EC3 is able to communicate in almost any frequency including ultra low ones used by the submarine force using its extra long deploy-able antenna for long wavelength signals. It is also capable of in air refuelling to keep it up in extra long missions.
